By completing this form, I give Oncue Talent Agency and its parent company Procon Leisure Australia the authority to charge my credit card for a payment plan that I have selected below for my professional casting photos. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account until my payment has been completed in full.

I understand I can cancel this authorization at any time by emailing talent@oncuetalent.com.au. This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled or completed.
